本标准适用于冰淇淋、雪糕、雪泥、食用冰、冰棍和甜味冰的检验。

Scope

This standard specifies the determination methods for total solids, total sugar, fat, overrun and protein in frozen drinks. This standard applies to the inspection of ice cream, ice cream, slush, edible ice, popsicles and sweet ice.
