本标准规定了分析电镜(AEM/EDS即透射电子显微镜或装有扫描附件的透射电镜――X射线能谱仪,测量比例因子(K A-B)所用纳米薄标样的技术要求、检测条件和检测方法。


Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements and testing conditions for analytical electron microscope (AEM/EDS), that is, transmission electron microscope or transmission electron microscope equipped with scanning accessories-X-ray energy spectrometer, for measuring scale factor (KA.B). and detection methods.
