《GB/T 19471.2-2004塑料管道系统硬聚氯乙烯（PVC-U）管材弹性密封圈式承口接头负压密封试验方法》由TC48（全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了一种测定承口接头密封性能的试验方法。本标准适用于符合GB/T10002．1的硬聚氯乙烯管材弹性密封圈式承口接头，包括硬聚氯乙烯管材单承口、双承口和管件承口。

Scope

This standard specifies a test method for determining the sealing performance of socket joints. This standard is applicable to rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe elastic sealing ring socket joints in accordance with GB/T l0002.1, including rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe single socket, double socket and pipe fitting socket.
