《GB/T 20296-2006集成电路记忆法与符号》由TC27(全国电气信息结构、文件编制和图形符号标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。

Scope

This standard recommends to designers and manufacturers of integrated circuits that the symbols and memory methods used for devices should be consistent with the limited symbols. Two purposes are expected, namely: - for white-box symbols, to give standard names; - for gray-box symbols, it is desirable to limit the range of possible variations. White box symbol: The function of the components in the symbol is completely described by the standardized method. The relevant rules and explanations can be found in the first to fifth parts of GB/T4728.12 and the first to fifth parts of GB/T4728.13 Chapter 17 and Chapter 18 of Chapter 6 and Chapter 6. Gray box symbol: The function of an element in a symbol, usually due to its complexity, some methods used by non-white box symbols, especially symbols described by referenced supporting documents. For relevant rules and explanations, see Chapter 6 of GB/T4728.12. In the table in Chapter 2, the second column is the letter W, indicating that the relevant mark can be used in both the white box symbol and the gray box symbol; the second column is the letter G, which means that the relevant mark can only be used in the gray box symbol, Or can only be used in white box symbols between boxes (eg [PDN] as additional information for "power off"). Where the letter m is used, m shall be replaced by the corresponding value, identification number, cycle time, number of bits or sequence number as required by each case (except Am for gain adjustment). Where m1×m2 is shown, m1 should be replaced by the maximum number of words that can be stored, and m2 should be replaced by the number of data outputs, see Chapter 50 and Chapter 51 of GB/T4728.12.
