《GB/T 20361-2006水产品中孔雀石绿和结晶紫残留量的测定 高效液相色谱荧光检测法》由TC156(全国水产标准化技术委员会)归口,TC156SC3(全国水产标准化技术委员会水产品加工分会)执行,主管部门为农业农村部。
本标准规定了水产品中孔雀石绿及其代谢物隐色孔雀石绿残留总量、结晶紫及其代谢物隐色结晶紫残留总量的高效液相色谱法荧光测定方法。本标准适用于水产品可食部分中孔雀石绿和结晶紫残留的测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the total residual amount of malachite green (MG) and its metabolite Leucomalachite green (LMG), crystal violet (GV) and its metabolite leuco crystal in aquatic products. Fluorescence determination method of high performance liquid chromatography for the total residues of Leucogentian violet (LGV). This standard applies to the determination of malachite green and crystal violet residues in edible parts of aquatic products.
