本标准规定了鱼和虾中苯乙胺、腐胺、尸胺、组胺、章鱼胺、酪胺和亚精胺的液相色谱-紫外检测法。 本标准适用于鱼和虾中苯乙胺、腐胺、尸胺、组胺、章鱼胺、酪胺和亚精胺的测定。 本标准的方法检出限:腐胺、亚精胺、尸胺、组胺、酪胺、章鱼胺、苯乙胺均为50 mg/kg。


This standard specifies the LC-UV detection method for phenethylamine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, octopamine, tyramine and spermidine in fish and shrimp.
This standard is applicable to the determination of phenethylamine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, octopamine, tyramine and spermidine in fish and shrimp.
Method detection limit of this standard: 50mg/kg for putrescine, spermidine, cadaverine, histamine, tyramine, octopamine and phenethylamine.
