This standard specifies the HPLC-MS/MS determination method for residues of nitrofuran metabolites like 3-amino-2-oxalidinone (AOZ)), 5-morpholinomethyl-3-amino-2-oxalidinone (AMOZ), 1-amino-hydantoin (AHD) and semicarbazide (SEM) in foodstuffs of animal origin.
This standard is applicable to the qualitative determination and quantitative determination for residues of nitrofuran metabolites like 3-amino-2-oxalidinone, 5-morpholinomethyl-3-amino-2-oxalidinone, 1-amino-hydantoin and semicarbazide in muscle, viscera, fish, shrimp, egg, milk, honey and sausage skin.
