本标准为首次制定。本标准规定了极不敏感引爆物质的外部火烧试验的方法原理、试验设备、试样准备、试验步骤和结果表示。本标准适用于极不敏感引爆物质的测试。 本标准对应于联合国《关于危险货物运输的建议书：试验和标准手册》（第四修订版），与其一致性程度为非等效，其有关技术内容与上述手册完全一致，在标准文本格式上按ＧＢ／Ｔ１．１―２０００做了编辑性修改。
Scope
This standard specifies the method principle, test equipment, sample preparation, test procedure and result presentation of the external fire test of extremely insensitive detonating substances. This standard applies to the testing of extremely insensitive detonating substances.
