《GB/T 21789-2008石油产品和其他液体闪点的测定 阿贝尔闭口杯法》由TC251(全国危险化学品管理标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了采用闭口杯测定闪点在-30℃~70℃间的石油产品和其他液体的方法。本标准的精密度仅适用于闪点在-5℃~66.5℃的样品。本标准不适用于水性涂料,水性涂料可用ISO3679进行测试。
Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of petroleum products and other liquids with a flash point between -30 oc and 70 ℃ by the closed cup method. The precision of this standard is only applicable to samples with a flash point between -5°C and 66.5°C. This standard does not apply to water-based paints, which can be tested according to ISO 3679.
