《GB/T 21858-2008化学品 生物富集 半静态式鱼类试验》由TC251（全国危险化学品管理标准化技术委员会）归口，TC251SC1（全国危险化学品管理标准化技术委员会化学品毒性检测分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了化学品生物富集流水式鱼类试验的方法概述、试验准备、试验程序、质量保证与质量控制、数据与报告。
本标准适用于测试与评价ｌgPow值在1.5～6.0之间的稳定的有机化学品的生物富集性，也适用于测试与评价ｌgPow＞6.0的高亲脂性的有机化学品的生物富集性。

Scope

This standard specifies the method overview, test preparation, test procedure, quality assurance and quality control, data and report of chemical bioconcentration flow-through fish test. This standard is suitable for testing and evaluating the bioaccumulation of stable organic chemicals whose lgP_ow value is between 1.5 and 6.0, and is also suitable for testing and evaluating the high lipophilicity of lgP_ow>6.0 bioaccumulation of organic chemicals.
