《GB/T 21868.2-2008颜料和体质颜料 评定分散性用的分散方法 第2部分:用振荡磨分散》由TC5（全国涂料和颜料标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本部分规定了采用振荡磨分散颜料和体质颜料的方法。
本方法适用于制备几种样品分散体用于颜料的质量控制。
本部分要与ＧＢ／Ｔ２１８６７所述的评定方法结合起来使用，采用商定的低黏度漆基体系。本部分应与ＧＢ／Ｔ２１８６８．１―２００８一起阅读。
本方法仅限于低黏度研磨料的研磨，以便能使研磨球体自由运动。它不适用于为其他分散技术确定最佳研磨料的配方。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for dispersing pigments and extenders by means of an oscillating mill. This method is suitable for the preparation of several sample dispersions for the quality control of pigments. This section should be used in conjunction with the evaluation method described in GB/T 21867, using an agreed low-viscosity paint-based system. This part should be read together with GB/T 21868.1-2008. This method is limited to the grinding of low-viscosity abrasives in order to allow free movement of the grinding balls. It is not suitable for formulating the optimum millbase for other dispersion technologies. Note: The advantage of the shaking method is that it can test small amounts of abrasives from different batches simultaneously in a closed system with minimal loss of solvent.
