Requirements for force measuring devices (5.4)
Electronic digital micrometer heads and depth micrometers must be equipped with force measuring devices to ensure that the measuring force is within the range of 4N~10N and the change does not exceed ±2N. In practical applications, it is recommended to use a calibrated force gauge for regular inspection to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the measurement.
Locking device performance (5.5)
The locking device must ensure that the distance between the two measuring surfaces does not change by more than 2μm (rigid support) or 3μm (no rigid support) in the locked state. To achieve this goal, it is recommended to use high-precision machining technology and conduct strict performance tests before use.
