Scope

This standard specifies the normative model of the human-centered process described in GB/T 18976-2003 "Human-centered interactive system design process". This model is suitable for the specification, evaluation and improvement of human-centered processes during system development and operation. This International Standard is intended to provide guidance to those involved in the design, use and evaluation of systems, hardware and software life cycle processes. This standard can be used together with GB/T 18976-2003 "Human-Centered Interactive System Design Process".
