《GB/T 23743-2009饲料中凝固酶阳性葡萄球菌的微生物学检验 Baird-parker琼脂培养基计数法》由TC76（全国饲料工业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了凝固酶阳性葡萄球菌在固体培养基（Baird-Parker 培养基）上、36℃±1℃好氧条件下培养后进行菌落计数的技术要求。本标准适用于饲料中凝固酶阳性葡萄球菌的检测。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for colony counting of coagulase-positive staphylococci after cultured on solid medium (Baird-Parker medium) under aerobic conditions at 36°C±1°C. This standard applies to the detection of coagulase-positive staphylococci in feed.
