本标准规定了纺织染整助剂产品中烷基苯酚和烷基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚的测定方法。
本标准适用于采用高效液相色谱/质谱法对纺织染整助剂产品中烷基苯酚和烷基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚的含量测定。


1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination method of alkylphenols and alkylphenol polyethoxylates in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries.

This standard is applicable to the determination of alkylphenol and alkylphenol polyethoxylate in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries with LC/MS method.

For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.

alkylphenols, referred to as AP

the molecular structure of alkylphenols is: R-C6H4-OH. Common substances of this class are octylphenol (C8H17-C6H4-OH, referred to as OP) and nonylphenol (C9H19-C5H4-OH, referred to as NP)
3.2

alkylphenol polyethoxylates, referred to as APEO

the molecular structure formula of alkylphenol polyethoxylates is: R-C6H4-(OC2H4)nOH. Common substances of this class are octylphenol ethoxylate [C8H17-C6H4-(OC2H4)nOH], referred to as OPEO and nonylphenol ethoxylate [C9H19-C6H4-(OC2H4)nOH], referred to as NPEO

Alkylphenol polyethoxylates can be used as the surfactant in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries, and alkylphenols are degradation products of alkylphenol polyethoxylates
