1. Personnel Requirements

The operation and maintenance of wind turbines involves high-altitude operations and electrical operations, so the requirements for personnel are strict. Including:

  • Be in good health and pass professional physical examination
  • Have a certificate to work (such as electrical work, height work operation certificate)
  • Master safe first aid methods and equipment use skills
  • Be familiar with the operating principle of the unit and troubleshooting

2. Safety requirements

Safety is the core of wind farm management. The standard defines the following key measures:

  • Conduct safety briefing and record it before operation
  • Set to "maintenance" status and hang warning signs during shutdown maintenance
  • No work is allowed in thunderstorms, and do not approach the unit within 1 hour
  • Use personal protective equipment (such as safety belts, non-slip gloves)

3. Operation requirements

Operation management includes:

  • Regular inspection and maintenance of the data acquisition and monitoring system
  • Unit status monitoring and adjustment
  • Abnormal alarm handling process
  • Operation data analysis and report generation

4. Maintenance requirements

Maintenance work is divided into regular maintenance and troubleshooting:
