《GB/T 26949.20-2016工业车辆 稳定性验证 第20部分:在载荷偏置条件下作业的附加稳定性试验》由TC332(全国工业车辆标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
Scope
This standard specifies the stability and its verification methods related to the safety of industrial vehicles as defined in ISO 5053. Industrial vehicles involved in this standard refer to self-propelled or pedestrian vehicles with wheels, except for vehicles running on rails. These vehicles can be operator-controlled or unmanned for handling, towing, jacking, lifting, stacking or layering within racks. This part of GB/T 26949 specifies additional tests to verify the stability of a fully loaded vehicle with an offset load in use, where there is a significant offset between the center of mass of the load and the longitudinal center plane of the vehicle. This Part applies to the following types of vehicles: a) Counterbalanced forklifts specified in ISO 22915-2; b) Reach (telescopic mast or fork) and forklifts specified in ISO 22915-3; c) Pallet stacking trucks as specified in ISO 22915-4; d) Forklifts with two-way and multi-way operation (retractable mast or forks) as specified in ISO 22915-7; e) Off-road vehicles as specified in ISO 22915-14 type telescopic forklift; f) counterbalanced forklift with articulated steering specified in ISO 22915-15; g) telescopic forklift specified in ISO 22915-11; h) portal frame specified in ISO 22915-13 off-road forklift. If the offset is greater than the following values, it is considered to be a significant offset: - Vehicles with a rated lifting capacity of less than 5 000 kg: 100 mm; - Vehicles with a rated lifting capacity of not less than 5 000 kg and not greater than 10 000 kg : 150 mm; -- Vehicles with a rated lifting capacity greater than 10 000 kg and less than 20 000 kg: 250 mm; -- Vehicles with a rated lifting capacity of not less than 20 000 kg: 350 mm.
