Scope

This standard specifies the principle, instrumentation, sample preparation, measurement procedures, data processing and test report of the thermogravimetric analysis method for measuring the oxidation temperature and ash content of carbon nanotubes in an air atmosphere. This standard is applicable to the determination of air oxidation characteristics of carbon nanotubes and ash content of carbon nanotubes by thermogravimetric analysis.
