本标准规定了辉光放电原子发射光谱法分析锌和/或铝基合金镀层中镀层厚度、镀层质量(单位面积)和金属镀层中化学成分。需要考虑的合金化元素有镍、铁、硅、铅和锑。
本标准适用的元素质量分数范围:锌(0.01%~100%),铝(0.01%~100%),镍(0.01%~20%),铁(0.01%~20%),硅(0.01%~10%),铅(0.005%~2%),锑(0.005%~2%)


Scope

This standard specifies the glow discharge atomic emission spectrometry method for the analysis of coating thickness, coating mass (unit area) and chemical composition in zinc and/or aluminum-based alloy coatings. Alloying elements to consider are nickel, iron, silicon, lead and antimony. The mass fraction range of elements applicable to this standard: zinc (0.01%~100%), aluminum (0.01%~100%), nickel (0.01%~20%), iron (0.01%~20%), silicon (0.01%~ 10%), lead (0.005%~2%), antimony (0.005%~2%).
