《GB/T 29604-2013感官分析建立感官特性参比样的一般导则》由TC566（全国感官分析标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了建立感官特性参比样的基本原则和一般程序。
本标准适用于食品感官评价中感官特性参比样的建立,也适用于非食品消费品如化妆品、个人护理品、纺织品等进行感官评价时,感官特性参比样的建立。

Scope

This standard specifies the basic principles and general procedures for establishing reference samples for sensory properties. This standard is applicable to the establishment of reference samples for sensory characteristics in sensory evaluation of food, and also for the establishment of reference samples for sensory characteristics in sensory evaluation of non-food consumer products such as cosmetics, personal care products, textiles, etc.
