Analysis of key performance parameters

Insulation system classification

EPR-105 mixture enables conductors to operate at 105℃ for a long time and withstand short circuits of 250℃ (5s), increasing the current carrying capacity by 16.7% compared to EPR-90.

Mechanical performance requirements

Material typeTensile strength (MPa)Elongation at break (%)Hot extension (200℃)

Implementation suggestions

  1. Cold-resistant cable Pay attention to -55℃ low temperature impact test data when selecting
  2. 105℃ model is recommended for use with class=instrument>Metal braided shielding structure (P code)
  3. Offshore wind power projects should add salt spray test (Appendix G) and artificial aging test (Appendix F)
  4. The torsion test cycle needs to be adjusted according to the actual wind farm tower height, and it is recommended to be ≥10,000 times

Typical application comparison table

Application scenarioRecommended modelKey features
Normal temperature on landFDEH-25Chlorosulfonated polyethylene sheath, laid at -25℃
High humidity at seaZC-FDEG-55Silicone rubber sheath + flame retardant Class C
Alpine RegionsFDES-55Thermoplastic Elastomer Sheath, -55℃ Operation
