《GB/T 30705-2014微束分析 电子探针显微分析 波谱法实验参数测定导则》由TC38(全国微束分析标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了进行电子探针分析时的入射电子束、波谱仪和试样的实验参数测定的一般原则,并规定了束流、束流密度、死时间、波长分辨率、背底、分析面积、分析深度和分析体积的测定过程。
本标准适用于垂直入射电子束对抛光试样的分析,对于其他实验条件,这些实验参数只能作为参考。
本标准不适用于能谱法。


Scope

This standard specifies the general principles for the determination of the experimental parameters of the incident electron beam, spectrometer and sample when performing electron probe analysis, and specifies beam current, beam density, dead time, wavelength resolution, background, and analysis area. , Determination process of analysis depth and analysis volume. This standard applies to the analysis of polished samples with vertically incident electron beams. For other experimental conditions, these experimental parameters can only be used as a reference. This standard does not apply to energy spectroscopy.
