《GB/T 30781-2014食品加工机械 切碎机》由TC383（全国饮食加工设备标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了固定式切碎机的技术要求、试验方法、使用信息和标志。
本标准适用于食品工厂、商店、制作香肠的商用厨房等使用的,通过切割工具将新鲜或冷冻的肉、肉制品及鱼切割成细小颗粒的切碎机。
本标准不适用于:
―――家用切碎机;
―――由脚踏开关控制的切碎机。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, use information and signs of stationary shredders. This standard applies to food factories, shops, commercial kitchens for making sausages, etc., which use cutting tools to cut fresh or frozen meat, meat products and fish into fine particles. This standard does not apply to: -- Household shredders; -- Shredders controlled by a foot switch.
