《GB/T 30787-2014数字印刷材料用成膜树脂 平均分子量及其分布的测定 凝胶渗透色谱法》由TC432(全国数码影像材料与数字印刷材料标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了用凝胶渗透色谱测定数字印刷材料用成膜树脂分子量及其分布的方法。
本标准适用于由苯酚、甲酚、二酚或其中的两种或者三种混酚与甲醛反应制得的成膜树脂。适用的平均重均分子量范围在2000~40000、数据分子量在500~5000、分布系数在4.0~8.0。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the molecular weight and distribution of film-forming resins for digital printing materials by gel permeation chromatography. This standard applies to film-forming resins made by reacting phenol, cresol, diphenol, or two or three of them with formaldehyde. The applicable average weight-average molecular weight range is 2 000-40 000, the data molecular weight is 500-5 000, and the distribution coefficient is 4.0-8.0.
