本标准规定了太阳能电池用锗衬底片的要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输、储存、质量证明书与订货单(或合同)内容。
本标准适用于垂直梯度凝固法(VGF)和直拉法(CZ)制备的太阳能电池用锗衬底片。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificate and purchase order (or contract) for germanium substrates for solar cells. This standard applies to germanium substrates for solar cells (hereinafter referred to as germanium substrates) prepared by vertical gradient solidification (VGF) and Czochralski method (CZ).
