本标准规定了用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定无机化工产品中金属和非金属杂质元素的原理、试剂、仪器、设备、分析步骤、精密度、回收率。
本标准适用于无机化工产品中含多种金属和非金属杂质元素的液体试样或去除基体后直接进样,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)进行测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the principle, reagents, instruments, equipment, analysis steps, precision and recovery rate for the determination of metal and non-metal impurity elements in inorganic chemical products by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). This standard is applicable to liquid samples containing a variety of metal and non-metal impurity elements in inorganic chemical products or directly inject samples after removing the matrix, and use inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) for determination.
