《GB/T 31294-2014风电叶片用芯材 夹芯板面层剥离强度的测定》由TC245(全国玻璃纤维标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准规定了夹芯结构的板材面层剥离强度的试验方法。
本标准适用于以纤维增强塑料刚性板材为面层,硬质泡沫为芯层的夹芯结构的板材,其他如铝、钢等刚性板为面层的夹芯结构,或其他芯层材料的夹芯结构的板材也可参照采用。
注1:本标准与 GB/T1457―2005相比,后者只适用于柔性面板。
注2:若夹芯面板的抗弯刚度(EI)大于3.09kN・mm2/mm 宽度,即大约是玻璃钢板厚度大于1.18mm,铝板厚度大于0.81mm,钢板厚度大于0.57mm,按本标准的测试方法效果更好。


Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the peel strength of the panel surface of the sandwich structure. This standard applies to panels with a sandwich structure with fiber-reinforced plastic rigid panels as the surface layer and rigid foam as the core layer, other rigid panels such as aluminum and steel as the surface layer, or sandwich structures with other core materials The plate of the core structure can also be used as a reference.
