Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, raw materials and auxiliary materials, technical requirements, production and processing process management, inspection methods, inspection rules, labels and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, sales and recall requirements for air-dried poultry meat products. This standard applies to the production, inspection and sales of products defined in 3.1.
