本标准适用于刚性、挠性印制电路用金属箔。
Scope
This standard specifies the identification, code, various general technical requirements, quality assurance regulations, inspection methods, packaging, marking and storage and transport requirements. This standard applies to metal foils for rigid and flexible printed circuits.
