Analysis of the core content of the standard

GB/T 32584-2016 stipulates the measurement method and dual evaluation criteria for the mechanical vibration of hydraulic units:

  • Criterion I: Based on the absolute value of the vibration amplitude, three evaluation areas A/B/C are divided
  • Criterion II: Based on the trend of vibration amplitude changes, an early warning is required when the change exceeds the baseline value by 25%

  2. Burr distribution fitting determines 1.6/2.5 times the median as the partition boundary
  3. Association evaluation of spindle swing and bearing clearance (no more than 70%)

Implementation suggestions

Key measures:

  • Vibration benchmark values should be established within 3 months of commissioning of new units
  • FFT analysis and axis trajectory inspection are required when zone B is running
  • Zone C needs to be shut down immediately and the flow channel/bearing status checked

Special operating conditions (such as load rejection) should use 2-3 times the conventional limit as a temporary standard.
