Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for analyzing the morphology, elemental composition, catalyst and other inorganic impurities of crude single-walled carbon nanotube products and purified powder or film products by SEM and EDX. This standard is applicable to the characteristic analysis of single-wall carbon nanotubes, and can also be used for the characteristic analysis of multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs for short).
