GB/T 32986-2016 "Determination of 9 antiallergic drugs including doxylamine in cosmetics by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry" stipulates the use of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-Ms/MS) to detect the content of 9 antiallergic drugs including doxylamine and methapyrline in cosmetics. This standard is applicable to creams, lotions and aqueous cosmetics, and its detection limit and quantification limit are both 0.6 µg/kg to 2.0 µg/kg.
