《GB/T 33181-2016国家基本比例尺地图 1:250 000 1:500 000 1:1 000 000地形图》由TC230(全国地理信息标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为自然资源部(测绘地理)。
Introduction
Overview of National Basic Scale Map Topographic Map Standards
| Scale | Classification | Technical requirements | Scope of application |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1:250000 | Digital vector/raster, paper color/monochrome | Adopting Gauss-Krüger projection, the tile numbering is implemented in accordance with GB/T13989 | Applicable to large-scale geographic information collection and analysis |
| 1:50000 | Digital vector/raster, paper color/monochrome | Applicable to the compilation and updating of medium-scale topographic maps | Serves regional planning and management |
| 1:100000 | Digital vector/raster, paper color/monochrome | Adopts double standard parallels conformal conic projection | Suitable for large-scale topographic survey and map publishing |
Background of standard formulation and analysis of technological evolution
The standard was issued in 2016 and implemented in 2017, replacing the old version GB/T33181-2008. The background of its formulation is mainly based on:
- Advances in surveying and mapping technology: the transition from analog to digital
- Improvement in data accuracy: optimization of elevation benchmarks and coordinate systems
- Changes in application requirements: diversified requirements brought about by the development of GIS technology
Classification and expression of topographic maps
According to Table 1, topographic maps are divided into three forms: digital vector, raster and paper. Digital vector is suitable for computer processing, raster is convenient for digital distribution, and paper map still has its unique practical value.
Detailed explanation of technical requirements
Geoditism: 2000 National Geodetic Coordinate System
Elevation datum: 1985 National Elevation datum
Projection method: - 1:250000 and 1:50000 topographic maps adopt Gauss-Krüger projection - 1:100000 topographic map adopts double standard parallel axis conformal conic projection
Frame numbering: In accordance with GB/T13989
Implementation suggestions
To ensure the effective implementation of the standard, it is recommended that:
- Strengthen training: Improve the understanding and application ability of surveying and mapping personnel of the new standard
- Improve equipment: Update technical equipment to meet high precision requirements
- Establish a mechanism: Formulate quality inspection procedures and acceptance standards
- Driving digital transformation: Accelerating the transition from paper maps to digital terrain maps
