Background and Significance of the Standard Formulation

The installation of aviation-derived gas turbine complete equipment is a complex and technically demanding project. The formulation of GB/T 33632—2017 aims to unify and standardize the installation process and technical requirements of such equipment to ensure that the installation quality reaches the highest level in the industry. The standard was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation and is managed by the National Technical Committee for Gas Turbine Standardization.

With the development of aviation technology, gas turbines are increasingly used in the field of power generation, and their installation technology is also evolving. The introduction of this standard provides a scientific and technical basis for related projects, and also lays the foundation for subsequent technology upgrades and equipment optimization.

Technical Specifications for Installation Preparation

Before installation begins, sufficient preparations must be completed, including verification of technical data, inspection of site conditions, and handover and storage of equipment. According to standard requirements:

  • The layout of the construction site should comply with the construction organization design;
  • The temperature of the construction site must meet the construction requirements;
  • Transportation roads, water sources, power supplies and other facilities must be complete;
  • The strength of the foundation concrete should not be less than 80% of the design strength.

Key points for equipment placement and leveling

Before the equipment is placed, the foundation size needs to be checked and reviewed. According to the standard requirements, the measurement position for equipment alignment and leveling should select the main working surface of the equipment or the surface with higher processing accuracy. Special attention should be paid to the following:

  • When installing the anchor bolt, any part should be more than 15mm away from the hole wall;
  • The contact between the nut and the washer should be tight, and the feeler gauge cannot be inserted;
  • Retest before secondary grouting, and ensure that the foundation surface is clean and moist.

Technical details of anchor bolts, washers and secondary grouting

During the installation process, the installation accuracy of the anchor bolt directly affects the stability of the equipment. According to Table 2, anchor bolts of different specifications have different torque and axial tension requirements.

Suggestions for installation and commissioning of auxiliary equipment

During the installation of auxiliary equipment, special attention should be paid to the connection and sealing of the piping system. According to the standard requirements:

  • Hose should be twisted when installed;
  • The valve installation direction must be consistent with the medium flow direction.
