《GB/T 34203-2017金属和合金的腐蚀 大气污染物的采集与分析方法》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC11(全国钢标准化技术委员会金属和合金的腐蚀分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
This standard systematically regulates the entire process of monitoring pollutants in the atmospheric corrosion process of metal materials, including the collection and analysis technology system of 8 types of pollutants such as SO₂, NO₂, Cl⁻. The technical framework covers the full chain requirements from site selection, sampling platform construction, instrument selection to laboratory analysis.
Key Technology Comparison
| Monitoring Parameters | Sampling Method | Recommended Instruments | Accuracy Requirements |
|---|---|---|---|
| SO₂ Instantaneous Concentration | Membrane Filter Method/Lead Turbidity Method | Spectrophotometer | ±0.5% Transmittance |
| Cl⁻ Deposition Rate | Gauze Method/Wet Candle Method | Electronic Balance | ±0.1mg |
| Total dust reduction | Dust cylinder method | Drying box | ±1℃ temperature control |
Key points for implementation of the standard
Site construction specifications
- The sampling platform needs to be arranged in an east-west direction (1.5-2m×0.5-0.8m), with a height of 0.5-1m
- No pollution source shall exist within 1000m around, and the concrete base shall be equipped with a canopy
- The height of the dust reduction sampling platform is strictly controlled at 1.2m±0.1m
Key points for sampling operation
Case: In the Cl⁻ monitoring of a coastal chemical plant area, the gauze method was used for continuous sampling for 30 days. During pretreatment, it was necessary to wash with 40℃ distilled water until there was no precipitation in the silver nitrate test. After drying at 70-90℃, the sampling area needed to be accurately controlled to 100cm².
Technology Evolution Analysis
Main improvements of this standard compared with the old version:
- New ion chromatography method for determination of hydrogen chloride (HJ549), detection limit reduced to 0.01mg/m³
- Introducing the concept of continuous sampling, reflecting the cumulative effect of pollutants through 15-30 days of hanging pieces
- Unifying the unit of dust fall as g/[m²(30d)] to enhance data comparability
