《GB/T 34333-2017耐火材料 电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)分析方法》由TC193(全国耐火材料标准化技术委员会)归口,TC193SC3(全国耐火材料标准化技术委员会试验方法分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
This standard establishes the ICP-AES detection system for 13 minor and trace components in refractory materials, with a measurement range of 0.1%-15% (mass fraction). Key technical features include:
- Multi-element simultaneous detection: capable of simultaneously determining oxides such as SiO2, Al2O3, etc.
- Dual pre-treatment methods: acid dissolution method (HF-HClO4 system) and alkali fusion method (Na2CO3-H3BO3)
- Matrix matching technology: configuring exclusive matrix solutions for different materials
Key parameters of instrument configuration
| Equipment type | Technical indicators | Compliance requirements |
|---|---|---|
| ICP-AES spectrometer | RF power, atomization pressure and observation height need to be optimized | Argon purity ≥99.999% |
| Sample melting equipment | Platinum crucible + high temperature furnace | Maximum temperature 1000℃±25℃ |
| Analytical balance | Graduation value 0.1mg | GB/T 12805 Class A |
Material classification and detection plan
Key points for siliceous material determination
HF-HNO3-HClO4 acid dissolution system is used. Key steps:
- Weigh 0.2g sample (accurate to 0.1mg)
- Add 3mL HNO3+10mL HF+5mL HClO4
- After melting, make up to 200mL
Differences between aluminum-silica materials
Standard solutions need to be prepared in groups. Pay special attention to the following:
- Group 1: CaO/MgO/Fe2O3/TiO2
- Group 2: SiO2 is measured separately
- Add 5mg/mL Al2O3 matrix solution
Quality Assurance System
| Control Link | Requirements | Period |
|---|---|---|
| Working Curve Verification | Deviation ≤ 0.7 times the allowable difference | After each test/maintenance |
| Standard Solution Update | Temperature change>10℃ requires re-mixing | No longer than 2 months |
| Result Acceptance | Judged according to the process in Appendix A | For each batch |
Standard Evolution Analysis
Compared with the traditional chemical wet method (GB/T 6901, etc.), the innovation of this standard:
- Efficiency improvement: single dissolution can complete multi-element determination
- Detection limit optimization: B2O3 detection limit reaches 0.01%
- Automation degree: reduce human operation errors
