GB/T 36010-2018 stipulates a full set of technical specifications for Pt40-Pt20 thermocouple wire, including:

  • Upper temperature limit: long-term use 1750℃, short-term use 1850℃
  • Accuracy level: thermal electromotive force tolerance ±11μV at 1200℃

Select the wire diameter according to the application scenario:

  • Conventional industrial measurement: 0.5mm diameter (tolerance ±0.015mm)
  • Ultra-high temperature environment: it is recommended to add a protective sleeve

  2. Avoid mechanical bending to cause uneven thermoelectric potential
