Analysis of key technical points
1. Verification of mechanized sampling and preparation system
Article 6.3 of the specification clearly requires: Mobile coal flow sampling equipment must pass the three verifications of precision, bias and total moisture loss specified in GB/T19494.3. Notes during implementation:
- Bias test sample size: should include at least 10 coal samples with different matrix characteristics
- Total moisture loss control: the moisture loss rate of the whole system should be ≤0.5% (anthracite) or ≤1.0% (lignite)
2. Measurement uncertainty assessment
According to Article 7.6 and the requirements of GB/T33303, the uncertainty assessment of coal detection should focus on:
- Sampling variance (contribution rate of about 60-70%)
- Sample preparation variance (contribution rate of 15-20%)
- Oxygen bomb calorimeter calibration error (contribution rate of 5-8%)
Implementation Suggestions
1. Multi-laboratory collaboration mechanism
In response to Article 7.3.2 on equipment rental, it is recommended to establish:
- Equipment sharing whitelist: Laboratories certified by CNAS can establish an equipment mutual recognition mechanism
- Process traceability system: Use blockchain technology to record the use log of sampling equipment
2. Construction of intelligent quality control system
In response to Article 7.11 on information management requirements, it is recommended to deploy:
- LIMS system integration automatic sampler data interface
- AI video analysis to monitor the compliance of the entire sample preparation process
