《GB/T 41114-2021无损检测 超声检测 相控阵超声检测标准试块规范》由TC56(全国无损检测标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
GB/T41114-2021 is equivalent to the ISO19675:2017 international standard, which specifies the production, marking and acceptance requirements of steel standard test blocks used for performance verification of phased array ultrasonic testing equipment. As the reference carrier of the detection system, the accuracy of the standard test block directly affects the reliability of the test results.
Key technical requirements
| Technical dimensions | Specific requirements | Test methods |
|---|---|---|
| Material properties | S355J0 or Q355C steel, anisotropic deviation ≤0.2% | Measured according to three-dimensional sound velocity in Appendix A |
| Dimensional accuracy | Overall tolerance ±0.1mm, hole position deviation ±0.2mm | Measured by metrological traceability instruments |
| Surface treatment | Ra≤0.8μm, groove depth≤0.1mm | Laser marking + roughness meter |
| Acoustic performance | Longitudinal wave 5890-5950m/s, shear wave 3240-3270m/s | 10MHz probe attenuation test |
Standard test block application case
Electric power equipment testing
When a testing agency used the PAUT standard test block to verify the performance of the probe array, it was found that:
- When using the R100mm arc surface to calibrate the fan scanning angle gain (ACG), the system compensation deviation is reduced from ±3dB to ±0.5dB
- Through the 1.6mm horizontal hole signal-to-noise ratio test, 2 failed array elements were effectively identified
Implementation suggestions
Key points of quality control
- Material verification: Each batch of steel needs to undergo an ultrasonic attenuation test to ensure that the bottom echo is ≥4 times and the amplitude is >25%FSH
- Dimension control: Critical dimensions such as 25mm thickness need to be re-inspected using a three-coordinate measuring machine
- Marking management: The laser marking depth is recommended to be controlled at 0.05-0.08mm to avoid stress concentration
Troubleshooting
When the measured value of the shear wave velocity exceeds the range of 3240-3270m/s, you should check: ① Whether the viscosity of the coupling agent meets the standard; ② Whether the polarization direction of the probe is orthogonal; ③ Whether the ambient temperature is within the range of 17-23℃.
