本标准适用于GB 1984-2003范围内的高压交流断路器。在GB 1984-2003的6.102～6.111规定的试验方式范围内，它给出了用合成方法试验高压交流断路器关合和开断能力的一般规则。
Scope
This standard applies to high-voltage AC circuit breakers within the scope of GB 1984-2003. Within the scope of test methods specified in 6.102~6.111 of GB 1984-2003, it provides general rules for testing the closing and breaking capabilities of high-voltage AC circuit breakers by synthetic methods. The methods and techniques described in this standard are generic. The purpose of this standard is to determine the criteria for the synthesis test and to make appropriate evaluation of the test results, the criterion that the validity of the test method will not be changed by changing the test circuit.
