Scope

This document provides requirements for the following types of bipolar transistors (excluding microwave transistors): small-signal transistors (excluding switching and microwave transistors); linear power transistors (excluding switching, high-frequency, and microwave transistors); high-frequency power transistors for amplification and oscillation; switching transistors for high-speed switching and power switching; and resistor-biased transistors.
