GB/T 4797的本部分规定了电工电子产品相关的降水和风环境条件的基础特性、定量描述以及环境条件分类。
本部分适用于为确定电工电子产品在运输、贮存、使用时会遭受到的降水和风相关参数的严酷等级提供背景资料。
当为产品应用选择适当的降水和风相关参数的严酷程度时，应采用GB/T 4796中规定的数值。

Scope

This part of GB/T 4797 specifies the basic characteristics, quantitative description and environmental condition classification of precipitation and wind environmental conditions related to electrical and electronic products. This section is applicable to provide background information for determining the severity level of precipitation and wind-related parameters that electrical and electronic products will be subjected to during transportation, storage and use. The values specified in GB/T 4796 should be used when selecting the appropriate severity of precipitation and wind-related parameters for product applications.
