《GB/T 5023.4-2008额定电压450/750V及以下聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆 第4部分：固定布线用护套电缆》由TC213（全国电线电缆标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
GB/T5023的本部分详细规定了额定电压300/500V 轻型聚氯乙烯护套电缆的技术要求。
所有电缆均应符合GB/T5023.1规定的相应要求和本部分的特殊要求。

1 General

1.1 Scope
This part of GB/T 5023 details the particular specification for light polyvinyl chloride sheathed cables of rated voltage of 300/500 V.
Each cable shall comply with the appropriate requirements given in GB/T 5023.1 and the particular requirements of this part.
