《GB/T 5169.2-2002电工电子产品着火危险试验 第2部分:着火危险评定导则 总则》由TC8（全国电工电子产品环境条件与环境试验标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
GB/T 5169的本部分规定了电工电子产品着火危险评定导则和对人、畜及财物有直接危险的着火危险试验方法的制定导则。本部分所说的产品是指材料、件或完整的最终用途产品。GB/T 5169《电工电子产品着火危险试验》标准供各标准化技术委员会作导则使用。同时要注意IEC指南104的有关原则，并注意那些具有安全引导职能和安全团体职能的各委员会的作用。标准化技术委员会的任务之一就是在编写自己的出版物时，凡是适用之处都要利用这些基本安全出版物。

Scope

This part of GB/T 5169 specifies the guidelines for the assessment of fire hazards of electrical and electronic products (see Chapter 4) and the guidelines for the formulation of fire hazard test methods that are directly dangerous to people, animals and property (see Chapter 5). Products mentioned in this section refer to materials, components or complete end-use products. The standard GB/T 5169 "Fire Hazard Tests for Electrical and Electronic Products" is used as a guide for all standardization technical committees. At the same time, we should pay attention to the relevant principles of IEC guideline l04, and pay attention to the roles of various committees with safety guidance functions and safety group functions. It is one of the tasks of standardization technical committees to make use of these basic safety publications, where applicable, when preparing their own publications.
