《GB/T 531.1-2008硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶 压入硬度试验方法 第1部分：邵氏硬度计法（邵尔硬度）》由TC35（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC35SC2（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会通用试验方法分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本部分规定了硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶使用下列标尺的压入硬度(邵尔硬度)试验方法:
--- A标尺,适用于普通硬度范围,采用A标尺的硬度计称邵氏A型硬度计;
---D标尺,适用于高硬度范围，采用D标尺的硬度计称邵氏D型硬度计；
---AO适用于低硬度橡胶和海绵，采用AO标尺的硬度计称邵氏AO型硬度计；
---AM标尺，适用于普通硬度范围的薄样品，采用AM标尺的硬度计称邵氏AM型硬度计。

1. Scope
This part specifies a method for determining the indentation hardness (Shore hardness) of vulcanized or thermoplastic rubber using durometers with the following scales:
 the A scale for rubbers in the normal hardness range;
 the D scale for rubbers in the high hardness range;
 the AO scale for rubbers in the low hardness range and cellular rubbers;
 the AM scale for thin rubber test pieces in the normal hardness range.
