《GB/T 5471-2008塑料 热固性塑料试样的压塑》由TC15(全国塑料标准化技术委员会)归口,TC15SC11(全国塑料标准化技术委员会热固性塑料分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准等同采用ISO 295:2004《塑料―――热固性塑料压塑试样》(英文版)。
本标准代替GB/T 5471-1985《热固性模塑料压塑试样制备方法》。
本标准与GB/T 5471-1985相比主要差异如下:

―――增加了规范性引用文件一章。
本标准建立了热压模塑制备热固性材料试样的通则和压制程序。
本标准规定了在性能试验报告应饮食的有关试样制备的详细内容。
本标准给出设计制备试样用模具的一般原理。
本标准适用于以酚醛树脂、氨基树脂、三聚氰/酚醛、环氧及不饱和聚酯树脂为基料的热固性粉状模塑料。由于某模塑料的成分、流动性或其他可变因素,可能需要按照规定的方法制备试样。在此情况下需要各方协商一致,并在模塑报告中注明。


Scope

This standard establishes general principles and compression procedures for the preparation of thermosetting material specimens by thermocompression molding. This standard specifies the detailed content about sample preparation that should be included in the performance test report. This International Standard gives general principles for designing molds for the preparation of test specimens. This standard discusses the basic conditions involved in the preparation of test specimens with comparable test results in order to prepare test specimens in a reproducible manner. This standard applies to thermosetting powder molding compounds (PMCs) based on phenolic resins, amino resins, melamine/phenolic resins, epoxy and unsaturated polyester resins. Due to the composition, flowability, or other variables of some molding compounds, it may be necessary to prepare test specimens according to prescribed methods. In this case, the consensus of all parties is required and it is noted in the molding report.
