《GB/T 8292-2008浓缩天然胶乳 挥发脂肪酸值的测定》由TC35（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC35SC8（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会天然橡胶分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准于１９８７年１１月首次发布，２００１年７月第一次修订。本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ８２９２―２００１《浓缩天然胶乳　挥发脂肪酸值的测定》。本标准规定了浓缩天然胶乳挥发脂肪酸值的测定方法。本标准适用于巴西橡胶树胶乳生产的浓缩天然胶乳。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ８２９２―２００１相比主要差异如下：
―――删去了ＩＳＯ 前言，并作了编辑性修改；
―――在６．１、图１中的“蒸汽套蒸馏器”改为：“马氏蒸馏器”；
―――在８．２第一段中“准确加入５０ｍＬ 硫酸溶液进行酸化”，改为：“准确加入５．０ｍＬ 硫酸溶液进
行酸化”；
―――在８．２第三段中“部分关闭蒸汽出口，以３ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ～５ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ 的速度连续蒸馏，直到收集
１００ｍＬ 的蒸馏液为止。”改为：“部分关闭蒸汽出口，使蒸汽转入内管。开始时让蒸汽缓慢通过，然后完全关闭蒸汽出口，以３ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ～５ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ的速度连续蒸馏，直到收集１００ｍＬ 的蒸馏液为止。”
