《GB/T 8324-2008塑料 模塑材料体积系数的测定》由TC15(全国塑料标准化技术委员会)归口,TC15SC4(全国塑料标准化技术委员会通用方法和产品分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了由模塑材料未模塑时的表观密度和模塑后的密度测定体积系数的方法。模塑材料体积系数是模具设计时计算最小模腔体积的基本数据。本标准等同采用ISO 171:1980《塑料――模塑材料体积系数的测定》(英文版)。
本标准等同翻译ISO 171:1980,技术内容完全相同。
为了便于使用,对ISO 171:1980做了下列编辑性修改:
――把“本国际标准”改为“本标准”;
――删除了ISO 171的前言,增加了国家标准的前言;
――把“规范性引用文件”一章中一个国际标准用采用该文伯的我国国家标准代替,删除ISO 554:1976《状态调节和/或试验标准环境规范》;
――第4章中“计算体积系数所需的表观密度和密度应在ISO 554规定的同一温度下测定”改为“计算体积系数所需的表观密度和密度应在同一温度下测定”;
――第6章加“试验结果取两位有效数字”。
本标准代替GB/T 8324-1987《模塑料体积系数试验方法》。
本标准与GB/T 8324-1987主要不同如下:
――更改了标准名称,增加了前言;
――增加了范围、规范性引用文件、试验温度。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the volume factor from the apparent density of the molding material when it is not molded and the density after molding. Molding material volume coefficient is the basic data for calculating the minimum cavity volume during mold design.
