本标准规定了稳定性同位素13C、15N双标记-氨基脲（13C、15N3-SEM）的要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标识、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于以全13C、15N双标记的联氨（水合肼）和尿素为原料，通过有机合成法制备的全13C、15N双标记的稳定性同位素氨基脲产品。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, labeling, transportation and storage of stable isotope C, N double-labeled semicarbazide (C, N-SEM). This standard applies to all C, N double labeled stable isotope semicarbazide products prepared through organic synthesis using fully C, N double labeled hydrazine (hydrazine hydrate) and urea as raw materials.
