Introduction

Background of Standard Revision and Technological Evolution

This standard replaces MH/T 4029.2-2012 version. The main technical changes are reflected in:

Technical Fields 2012 Edition New Additions/Changes in 2024 Edition
Surveillance Data Processing Traditional Radar Data Processing Addition of S-mode, multi-point positioning and multi-source fusion processing requirements
Network Security Undefined Addition of a special chapter on graded protection (5.14)
System Architecture Physical architecture Support virtualization architecture (5.1.17)

Technical requirements for core functional modules

1. Surveillance data processing

The system needs to support multi-source data fusion processing:

  • Radar data: Must comply with ASTERIX CAT048/CAT034 format
  • ADS-B: Add aircraft address code verification (5.2.2)
  • Abnormal data processing delay ≤4s (Table 3)

2. Flight data processing

Key upgrade points:

  • The number of flight plan states increased to 11 (5.3.2.4)
  • 4D trajectory calculation needs to be combined with meteorological data correction (5.3.2.6)
  • Large systems need to support ≤10,000 flight plans (Table 4)

3. Network security requirements

According to MH/T 0069 and MH/T 0076:

  • Security domain division requires independent network segments (5.14.1)
  • Virtualization architecture resource occupancy rate ≤50% (Table 7)
  • MTBF of key equipment ≥100,000 hours (Table 2)

Implementation recommendations

System deployment

It is recommended to adopt a three-network redundant architecture (5.1.4), with zero data loss during active-standby switching (5.1.5)

Data management

Offline data versions must support rollback function (5.12.6), and QNH values should be input through dual channels (5.10.5)

Operation and maintenance guarantee

The recording and playback system must store data for 31 consecutive days (5.9.1), and the monitoring station must display resource usage in real time (5.11.5)
